Mosaic has an alliance with Reliance Foundation to implement the CSR initiatives taken by them. By becoming training partners to Reliance Foundation, Mosaic has been able to change life of many people making them independent and self sustainable. As a part of the program, Mosaic mobilizes the people and counsels them about the job roles and opportunities which they can grab to move ahead in their life.

Post mobilization a batch of students is formed to conduct the training. Our experienced trainers train the selected candidates for the job role of a Customer Service Associate at our centers on the curriculum guidelines received from the Reliance foundation.

The 120 hours of training program not only takes the candidates through the various key skills required for a retail trainee associate but, also include modules for training on Soft Skills. Soft skills are the most important part of anyone’s behaviour and through the soft skill module good manners and a great attitude towards peers and seniors gets built in for the candidate. In today’s techno savvy world it becomes a core for any person to have good computer skills. Our trainers also take a few sessions on basic computer skills for the training batch so that they can cope up with the running technological pace.

On completion of the training, the candidates are assessed and receive a skill certificate from RASCI. Most of the trainees get absorbed by the Reliance group itself to work with them. The success of the entire program lies in the robust and full proof tracking and reporting mechanism which is the core engagement with our clients to ensure the quality of work.

This CSR initiative has not only changed life for many such aspirant candidates but enabled them to look at life from a different perspective. We strongly believe that if a person is given wings to fly then sky is the limit for them and through our various such CSR initiatives we are able to meet the expectations of various organizations and people at large.
