At Mosaic we have a dedicated placement cell which takes care of timely placements for all the trainees, with a focus to ensure maximum placements happening during OJT. The cell continuously analyses the current training programs and the industry requirements to ensure that our training programs are complying with Industry Standards. This Cell also organises Career/Rozgar Mela at Indore and other locations at regular intervals. We also follow a strict mechanism to track individual’s job application – KASA Up-skilling of unplaced candidates helping them overcome their shortcomings, thus assuring maximum placements.
