As the mining industry today offers a different pathway to the future growth of Indian Economy. Our training programs have empowered the youth by providing them an enabling environment to grow and multiple opportunities for their choice of livelihood. Over a period of time the knowledge of a person becomes limited to the same job role and he is or, may not be aware about the advancements that have happened in his area of work. - Our team of trainers visited the premise of NCL and, the CSR activity for upskilling the
existing staff was conducted by our trainers for various training programs for the employees - At the end of the training the trainees also got assessed and were given a certificate by the
Skill Council for Mining Sector - The duration of this training ranged between 4 to 5 days
