Pre-Screening 
K.A.S.A (Knowledge, Attitude and Skills Assessment) Application Review
While we will screen your application for the applied role we do see the terms of experience, academic achievement, skills and competencies, but we are always very keen to learn what made you tick, your aspirations and ambitions.
What is KASA?
A web based test with a pre-verified database of job aspirants that gives us your assessment scores-thereby defining your employability quotient. The fee for the test is Rs. 50 per applicant.
Stage 3
Interviewing 
This stage comes when you clear the above two rounds. We will get an opportunity to see each other as part of an open, honest, objective process. The number of interviews you’ll need to attend depends on the role and, in some instances, you may even be asked to take an assessment. As we know that time is very precious we always try to close loop the process quickly. Whatever the outcome, we’re committed to making it a positive experience.
